Our basic work-flow from inquiry to final specification is as follows.

Please let us know your application and requirements
(Target substances, flow rate, filter life, and filter dimension etc.) -
We design and provide the initial prototype based on our lab data and 30+ years of experience.

You evaluate the prototypes with regard to the adsorption performance and the fitting with your housing case. We will also perform in-house tests to see if the prototype works as designed.

We go through the test results with you and make any necessary adjustments to achieve the performance goal. Once we finalize the specifications, we start preparing the mass production.
Compact
with high performance & high flow rate
By fully utilizing the key features of ACF, the high adsorption efficiency and smooth pass through of air and water due to its fibrous structure,
we design and offer high-performance filters with a small filter volume even at a fast flow rate or in a short contact time, which conventional filters cannot achieve.
Combination
for adding new claims & functions
By combining ACF with ion exchange materials, functional fibers or nonwovens,
we provide filters with additional functions such as heavy metal reduction in water and particle retention in water and air.
Biobased filters that use UNITIKA TERRAMAC® as a component are also available.
Some of our filters and components are certified by NSF, and we offer ODM/OEM filters with resin parts like cases and caps. Please contact us for further information.
